Definitions (NextD, we ,seller means NextD. Customer, Purchaser, you means Purchaser).
Customers
NextD are trade only wholesaler and only sell to UK businesses, we do not sell directly to consumers.
Pricing
All prices quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of delivery and VAT.
Delivery
We offer a next day UK Mainland delivery service (Monday to Friday) for all stock items via our carrier DPD, this will be £8 per carton up to 25 kg. Saturday deliveries or timed deliveries can be arranged for an additional cost. Pallet pricing will be quoted on request. NextD will not accept any liability due to delays in couriers delivering. Goods can, by prior arrangement, be collected from our warehouse in St Albans.
Warranty
All products sold carry a warranty; the details of the warranty will be specified against each product on the website or pricelist. New products will normally carry a 12 months warranty, unless otherwise stated. With graded products this will be clearly specified and will typically vary between 30 days and 12 months. Unless this is provided directly by a manufacturer, during the warranty period the purchaser will be responsible for after sales service.
Minimum Order
We accept orders for single or multiple items however, as a trade only wholesaler we cannot process orders for less than £50 + carriage + VAT.

Payment is accepted by any of the following methods:
Note when paying by credit or debit card, for security reasons, we can only ship to the cardholders registered address.
Credit Terms
Once customers have been buying from NextD for over 1 month, have placed 3 or more orders, and have spent £500 or more then we will consider applications for 30 day credit accounts. We reserve the right to refuse such applications, at our sole discretion. We shall also be entitled to terminate any agreed credit limit, at any time, and without notification.
All invoices shall be due from the Purchaser 30 days after the date of invoice and subject to granting of credit facilities.
Interest on unpaid invoices will run from day to day at the rate of 3% per annum above the base rate of HSBC Bank Plc from the date when payment for the Product is due until the date of payment in full by the Purchaser and shall accrue after as well as before any judgement. The Purchaser shall reimburse NextD all costs and expenses (including legal costs) incurred in the collection of any overdue payments. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we has received cleared funds. Payment of all sums provided for under these terms shall be made in full and free from any deductions, rights of settlement, counterclaims or liens.
Reservation of Title
Title to the Product shall only pass to the Purchaser upon the Purchaser having paid to NextD all sums (including any default interest and/or any applicable taxes) due from it to NextD under these terms. We may recover any Product in respect of which title has not passed to the Purchaser if the Purchaser, being a company, does anything or fails to do anything which could entitle a creditor to appoint a receiver to take possession of any of the Purchaser's assets; or which would entitle any person (including the Purchaser itself) to present a valid petition for winding up the Purchaser or to propose an application for administration of or voluntary arrangements in relation to the Purchaser under the Insolvency Act 1986; or if a resolution is passed for the winding up of the Purchaser (otherwise than for the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction while solvent); or if the Purchaser ceases or threatens to carry on business by reason of insolvency or approaching insolvency; or otherwise if anything analogous under the law of any jurisdiction occurs to the Purchaser; or if distress or execution is levied against the Purchaser's assets; or if a judgement against the Purchaser remains unsatisfied for more than seven days or if the Purchaser fails to pay its debts as and when they fall due.
Until title to the Product has passed to the Purchaser under these terms it shall possess the Product as fiduciary agent and bailee of NextD. The Purchaser irrevocably licenses NextD, its officers, employees and agents to enter upon any premises of the Purchaser for the purpose of recovering any Product in respect of which title has not passed to the Purchaser.
Returns – No Fault
Once purchased and delivered goods cannot be returned for credit or refund.
In the event that you have a faulty item, please contact your account contact with the following information:
Product description, Fault description, Serial number, Purchase date, and Invoice number.
We will then issue a returns number which will be valid for 7 days from the issue date. All goods will need to be returned to the address provided, whereupon we will repair or replace the items. Nextd reserve the right at our sole discretion to issue a credit rather than replace goods.
The purchaser will be responsible for the carriage and insurance costs of returning the goods to the designated address and NextD will have no liability for these goods until they are confirmed to be received.
Any returned goods found not to be faulty will be returned to the purchaser, cost of the carriage will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Liability
Excluding death or personal injury, NextD’s maximum aggregate liability for all claims made under these terms, howsoever arising, including (without limitation) due to negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation (excluding fraudulent misrepresentation) or for any other reason, shall not exceed an aggregate sum equal to 120% of the total Price paid and payable by the Purchaser to NextD in respect of Products purchased by the Purchaser during the 12 month period in which the liability arose.
Jurisdiction
The contract is deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English laws. The purchaser submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
